Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase available.

To begin the return process, email us at support@kinda-skin.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please examine your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit provider to process and post the refund.
